Durante las ultimas semanas del 2008 mucho se rumoro sobre la posible separación de Jennifer y Marc, sin embargo la pareja demostró que todavía hay cariño durante un evento de despedida de año en la isla del encanto.
Antes de que llegaran al hotel donde se celebraría la fiesta, entre los 2,500 invitados se corrió el rumor de que la pareja posiblemente entraría por el lobby, como todo el mundo lo hizo. Todos y cada unos de las personas invitadas pasaron por la alfombra roja, con la excepción de Marc Anthony y Jennifer López, que llegaron de incógnito pasada la medianoche.
Posiblemente casi nadie los vio entrar, nos dimos cuanta de su llagada cuando pudimos ver a Marc caminando por el lobby, feliz y bromeando con sus guardaespaldas, no supimos en realidad cuándo entró. Su momentáneo paso por el vestíbulo y la extrema seguridad que en cuestión de segundos se multiplicó en una parte de la piscina fue la clave para saber que ya estaban ahí.
Por otro lado también supimos que la relacionista publica de la pareja se encargo de conseguir que la pareja estuviera presente en la toma de posesión del nuevo gobernador de la isla de Puerto Rico. Según me cuentan se paso llamando a los organizadores de la ceremonia y hasta que no logro que los ubicaran en un lugar prominente en la celebración no estuvo tranquila.
