El control táctil se haría sin los dedos

Los botones son cosa del pasado. La moda es "touch", y todo se controla con los dedos (los celulares, las nuevas PCs, las mesas de oficina). Pero la empresa Alps Electric se propone dar un gran salto tecnológico y lanzaría un "non contact touchpad".
¿Cómo se explica esa contradicción? La electricidad estática de los dedos permitirá controlar la PC a centímetros del trackpad. En principio, el proyecto está pensado para usuarios que no podrían tocar físicamente la PC y no para los asquerosos que navegan y comen nachos al mismo tiempo.
Telefonía celular para católicos
¡Arriba la modernidad que hasta en la religión está entrando!. Me dio mucho gusto leer sobre la iniciativa de un sacerdote polaco que quiere crear una línea de telefonía celular móvil para los católcos, crear una especie de red celular entre los católicos para ayudarnos... ¿te imaginas?.
Entre los servicios que pretende dar, además de ser económico, es mandar rezos diariamente a los feligreses que así lo soliciten, por temática de ayuda o bien, como se dice, "el del día". ¿Estarías interesado en contratar este servicio?

Siguen los bebes chinos hospitalizados por tomar leche contaminada... El numero de bebes que siguen hospitalizados es impactante, para ser exactos estamos hablando de 10.666 bebés chinos de los cuales 8 siguen graves. Ayer fue otro día de horror en las bolsas de Valores. Los mercados se desplomaron en la medida en que miles de inversionistas vendían sus acciones enloquecidos y asustados por la incertidumbre de la crisis financiera. Dicen que no hay nada más cobarde que el capital. Ante las señales que existen por todos lados de la recesión en la economía global, la debilidad de los bancos y la falta de crédito para financiar la operación normal de las empresas, los inversionistas entraron en pánico. Las ventas masivas de acciones provocaron una caída de 7% o más en los principales índices que representan las acciones de las empresas estadounidenses. Y en los mercados Europeos y asíaticos los desplomes fueron similares.
Philips Flavor: El televisor cambia de color (y de imágenes)

Los metrosexuales del diseño de interiores tienen un producto a la altura de su sensibilidad estética. Philips lanzará una línea de televisores LCD con marcos intercambiables. Así se podrá colocar una TV que haga juego con el nuevo color de las paredes o los zapatos elegidos para recibir a las visitas.
Cada caja vendrá con dos colores a elección, pero los 10 restantes se podrán comprar individualmente a un precio entre 70 y 140 dólares. Y como la marca entiende que una persona histérica de la estética no necesariamente sabe agarrar un desarmador (destornillador), las monturas magnéticas hacen muy simple el cambio de color.
